How do I advertise my timeshare on Vacation Timeshare Rentals?
To advertise one or more timeshares for rent or sale, click on the link labeled "Rent/Sell Your Timeshare" located at the very top of the page.  The sign-up process takes several minutes.  We insert the pictures for you. (back to top)
 
Can I add pictures?
YES!  You can have as many as 10 pictures in your listing at no extra charge.  Your pictures will be displayed using one of our our unique slide-show presentations.  We locate and insert the pictures for you. You may also choose to email your own photos. (back to top)
 
Can I keep my listing on your site for more than a year?
YES!  You can keep your listing on our site as long as you like.  Each listing is assigned an expiration date during the sign-up process.  The default expiration date assigned to each listing is one year from the date that you list it.  To add years to a listing's expiration date, all you have to do is log-into "My Timeshare" and then click on the link labeled, "Update Expiration/Featured".  From here you will see a list of all the timeshare rentals you have on our site.  Select the one that you want to add years to by clicking on its "ID#".  You will then be able to add years and/or make your listing a "Featured Listing".  (back to top)
 
Can I make changes to my listing(s)?
YES!  You can instantly make changes to your listing(s) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  To make a change to your listing, log-into "My Timeshare" and then click on the link labeled, "Update Listing(s)". From this page you will see all of your listings.  Click on the listing that you want to edit.  You will then be able to make changes to your listing instantly. If you have any difficulties or just don't feel like making the change yourself, send us and email with the directions for the changes that you want done and we will do it for you.  (back to top)
 
Can I make changes to my credit card information?
YES!  If at any time you want to change the credit card you have on file with us, you can instantly make the change.  To make a change to your credit card, log-into "My Timeshare" and then click on the link labeled, "Add/Update Credit Card".  From this page you can make the necessary changes to your credit card.  (back to top)
 
Can I make changes to my contact information?
YES!  You can instantly make changes to your contact information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  To change your contact information, log-into "My Timeshare" and then click on the link labeled, "Update Contact Info". From this page you can make any necessary changes to your contact information, with the exception of your email address.  To change your email address, you will need to contact us .  If you have any difficulties or just don't feel like making the change yourself, send us and email with the directions for the changes that you want done to your personal information and we will do it for you.  (back to top)

Can you insert pictures for me?

How do I get a "Featured Listing"?
To get a "Featured Listing" simply choose the "I want this to be a Featured Listing" option during the sign-up process.  Featured Listings are US$20 in addition to the regular listing price of US$9. You may also upgrade your already existing timeshare listing to a "Featured Listing" at anytime by logging-into "My Timeshare" and selecting the link labeled, "Update Expiration/Featured".  From here you will see a list of all the timeshare rentals you have on our site.  Select the one that you want to make a "Featured Listing".  You will then be able to make your listing a "Featured Listing" and/or add years to the listing's expiration date.  (back to top)
 
How easy is it to list my timeshare?
It is extremely easy to list your timeshare rental on VacationTimeshareRentals.com, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Everything can be done on-line, including making changes to your listing and contact information.  We have even made it easy to insert pictures by allowing you to upload as many as 10.  You can also have us locate the timeshare's resort and add the pictures for you!  Simply click here to add as many timeshare rentals as you want.  (back to top)
 
How much does it cost to list my timeshare?
The cost of listing each timeshare is only US$9.  You may also want to make your listing a "Featured Listing" for an additional US$20 a year.  "Featured Listings" display at the top of our search results and include direct "pay-per-click" links (paid by us) from as many as 12 major search engines (depending on the location of your timeshare's resort). All listings, featured or not,  receive their very own web address as well as a full page listing with as many as 10 pictures.  You have an unlimited amount of space to describe the timeshare and the resort as well as all the information that a potential traveler will need to know about the accompanying resort.  To list your timeshare, click here(back to top)
 
How can you claim to have the best customer service in the industry?
In our opinion, we have the best customer service of any timeshare website.  One reason for this belief is that we offer guaranteed 24 hour email responses to all your inquires.   We also offer live on-line technical support 7 days a week to assist you during the sign-up process and in the "My Timeshare" area.  Just click on the link labeled, "Click for Live Support." Although you may make changes to your listing(s) and contact information on-line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, if at anytime you want us to do the work, send us an email or tell the on-line technical support member and we will make the changes for you.  We will also do the work of inserting up to 10 pictures into your listing from your resort's website if you do not want to upload them yourself during the sign-up process or anytime thereafter.  If you ever have any question or concerns, feel free to contact us.  We have a courteous staff working hard to ensure that you get your timeshare rented or sold are able to rent or buy a timeshare from our site.  We are here to assist you at any time.  (back to top)
 
How will a traveler contact me to rent or buy my timeshare?
There are several different ways that a traveler may contact you.  The most common method is by sending you an email.  We pride ourselves on the privacy we provide our members, therefore your actual email address will never be seen.  If a traveler wants to contact you via email, they will fill out a brief on-line form which will then send you an email in a matter of seconds.  However, your email address will never be known to them until you reply to their initial email.  By not allowing web surfers to view your email address, you will never receive spam email from someone who searches from site to site to add email addresses to their spam list.  Be very careful about which sites you give your email addresses to.  Be sure to never give your email address to a site that openly displays your email address.  You never know who is viewing it!  We will never give your email address to a third party, nor will we ever allow someone to send you spam from our site.  Another way a traveler may contact you is by calling you using the phone number that you listed during the sign-up process.  They may also send you a fax if you choose to list a fax number during the sign-up process or by later editing your contact information (back to top)
 
Is my contact information kept private?
YES!  All personal information is stored on our secure server during the sign-up process and during any process of making changes to your listing(s).  Be very careful when giving any website your personal information, especially credit card information.   Always make sure that the web address (http://www.WebAddress.com) starts with "https://".  If you do not see the 's' at the end of the "http", then you are not on a secure page!  It is possible that someone may collect what you have entered!  At VacationTimeshareRentals.com, all credit card information is stored in a secure database on a secure and different server than the server we use to store our normal web pages.  This ensures that your personal information is kept safe, even from hackers.  We take extra precaution to ensure that no one else can see what you are typing during sign-up or any editing processes.  (back to top)

I forgot my password, what do I do?
If you forget your password while trying to log-in at "My Timeshare", simply click on the link that is labeled, "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address.  Your password will instantly be sent to your email address.  Please allow several minutes for the password to arrive.  (back to top)
 
What is "Automatic renewal"?
When listing your timeshare rental and paying via a credit card, you will be asked if you want to automatically renew your listing each year.  This simply means we will add another year to your listing's expiration date without you having to do anything and charge your credit card the current yearly listing rate.  We will send you an email notice at least 7 days before we actually renew your listing to let you know that we will be making a charge to your credit card.  This will give you enough time to contact us in the case that you want your listing deleted or want to skip the current year.  It works exactly like a subscription.  (back to top)
 
What is a "Featured Listing"?
A "Featured Listing" is our premium listing.  It includes a direct "pay-per-click" Sponsored link (we pay the search engines every time someone clicks on your link) from the 12 largest search engines in the world (Google, Yahoo!, MSN,  AOL, AltaVista, Lycos, CNET, InfoSpace, Overture, DogPile, Compuserve, and Netscape) directy to your listing!  We are the ONLY timeshare rental website to offer such a feature! All "Featured Listings" also appear at the top of the VacationTimeshareRentals.com search results for your particular Country/State/Island and/or City.  The cost of a "Featured Listing" is an additional US$20 a year.  We can assure you that a "Featured Listing" is well worth the added cost!  (back to top)
 
Can I advertise my timeshare for sale?
Yes, you may advertise your timeshare available for sale and/or rent.  The cost is exactly the same whether or not you advertise your timeshare for sale.
 
What is a timeshare rental?
To define a timeshare rental, we must first define a timeshare.  A timeshare is basically a pre-paid vacation agreement between the vacation resort and the timeshare owner.  While several involve recorded deeds, others are simply contracts guaranteeing the owner a number or amount of time (usually a week or several weeks) at the particular resort. Owners typically pay a contract price for the timeshare, in addition to the annual maintenance fees. Most resort properties that sell timeshares will affiliate themselves with associations that facilitate exchanges of weeks between different resorts.  Therefore, a timeshare rental is simply the owner of the timeshare allowing a particular traveler or travelers to rent out his vacation time (usually a week or several weeks) at the resort for a fee.  You do not have to pay any maintenance fees, only the agreed upon price between you and the timeshare owner.  (back to top)
