1. Introduction.
It is now six months since we introduced our new on line booking system.
We can now report that from the 9th of August 2003 up to the 2cnd of February 2004, over 82% of our Hosts have received at least one confirmed on line booking from 24 different countries. One Host received more than 20.
Our average daily visitors rate for January 2004 compared to January 2003 remains about 550 a day. Our bookings being achieved from this number of visitors to the web site are good, but we still look to improve our performance.
We are reviewing the Home Pages of those few Hosts who have not received bookings so far and have also created and actioned a special individual marketing program for each of them this week.
We have a few areas in the North Island where we do not have Hosts and we will be personally visiting these Areas this month to fill these gaps. More Hosts will further increase our Internet exposure.

We feel, from an examination of our statistics, that our marketing has been better focused this past year and that we are bringing a greater proportion of relevant visitors to our web site than in the past.
We will continue to market all of our individual Hosts, all of the Area Pages, Region Pages and the Web Site itself to as many search engines and directories as we can during this coming year.
