On the personal
side ...
Why Did Leslee
Decide to Settle in Victoria?
From the sea, one
gets a unique perspective of Victoria. It allows you to step outside
of
the community and view the area in its most basic and fundamental sense.
The breathtaking views, crystal-clear skies and unique homes that dot
the countryside, all capture the essence of Victoria's spirit that
make
it a special place to live. Leslee first discovered Victoria from a sailboat
and knew it would be an excellent place to raise her son in safety,
beauty,
and charm.
Leslee's passion
for sailing brought her to Victoria nearly twenty-one years ago but it
is the area's warmth and atmosphere that have kept her here. In addition
to being an ideal environment to raise her son Sean, it was the perfect
place for her to call home. Surrounded by the ocean she loves, she found
it to be very cosmopolitan, yet free of the hassle of large city living.
She has enjoyed its exciting but gentle growth and has not looked back
on her decision to make Victoria the city of choice for her real estate
career.
Her Special
Ability to Help Others Achieve Their Residential Needs
Since initially
moving here from Vancouver, Leslee has channeled her adventuresome
personality
and love of the area into a successful career in real estate. Helping
others realize the one-of-a-kind lifestyle that she found here, turned
out to be a natural match for Leslee. Today, she is a partner in the
offices of Newport Realty. She prides herself on her ability to
help others fulfill their residential needs in and around Victoria.
A Friendly
Spirit Attracts Other Friendly Spirits
Like the area itself,
Leslee has a friendly spirit that makes her a pleasure to work with. Her
compassion and drive to help others motivates her to always go above and
beyond what is expected in an agent and it ensures you receive the best
representation available. In addition, her background in psychology and
teaching has provided her with a rare, professional empathy and the ability
to relate to the many emotions people experience when buying or selling
a home. In the words of one of her clients, "She has an uncanny
ability to instantly connect with people. I knew from the first time I
met Leslee, that I would feel very comfortable working with her and that
she is someone I would trust as a friend as well."
A Seasoned
Professional Appreciating Challenges to Create A Win-Win Situation
As a long-time resident,
Leslee appreciates the serenity and challenges that the surrounding ocean
affords residents. She feels compelled to be near the water on a daily
basis and sailing has become her hobby of choice. In fact, she's even
spent weeks at a time living on her boat and sailing around the waters
of Vancouver Island. "Each day is a new adventure on the water,"
says Leslee. "You can never take anything for granted. It is
very challenging and there is a great feeling of accomplishment in getting
from one place to another. I believe the goal is as much in creating the
successful journey as it is in arriving at your destination."
This enthusiasm also
plays a major role in her business career. Just as in sailing, the real
estate currents are always changing and each day brings with it new and
exciting challenges. As a seasoned professional, Leslee always lends a
steady hand to the proceedings to make for a smooth and trouble free transaction.
Regardless of the circumstances surrounding your move, Leslee's insight
and experience will steer you in the right direction.
Leslee knows that
buying or selling your home is more than merely a two step event. She
views it as on ongoing process and her goal is to make you a client for
life. There is a distinct difference to living in Victoria. There is also
a distinct difference in the agent who can make it happen. E-mail
Leslee and you will discover why.
