This exchange is so fast, you can freely work with both programs open and never lose track of what you are doing!

DoubleLook treats GoldMine data in a special way in Outlook:

• Appointments and To Do Items are linked to a Contact
• Contact Notes in Outlook can contain GoldMine History Items
• GoldMine Additional Contacts are treated as Outlook Contacts
• GoldMine 4.0, 5.0, 5.5, 5.7, 6.0 dBASE. Supports GoldMine SQL 5.0+
• Plus much more!

DoubleLook does not modify GoldMine or Outlook in any way. It runs as an independent application on the desktop. That means it will not interfere with GoldMine Palm Pilot Sync, or with RIM Pager or Nokia Phone programs that take data from Outlook. In fact, you can use DoubleLook as a great tool to synchronize GoldMine to any Pocket PC device, like the Compaq iPaq or the Toshiba e740!

How it Operates:
DoubleLook is installed as a System Tray icon. Simple user selected rules control how the PC database, calendar and other settings are synchronized. Every few seconds, DoubleLook checks to see if your PC PIM or Outlook is open and if changes are being made. If changes are being made, those changes are systematically "doubled" in the other program.
