CONTEST RULES

1. Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years of age or older and use your real name, valid e-mail address, home phone number, and correct mailing address while completing the entry form in order to qualify for the sweepstakes. We will contact winners based on the information provided via the registration. Failure to do so may disqualify you from winning. In case a chosen winner can't be reached either by phone or e-mail, the prize will be eliminated.

One prize per household
The winner will be randomly drawn.
No other prizes will be awarded.
No substitution or transfer of prizes.
Taxes are the responsibility of winners.

3. Winners grant to Bissell-Hayes Realtors the right but not the obligation to use and publish their names and home cities online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the contest unless prohibited by law. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Bissell-Hayes Realtors and its advertising and promotional agencies to use winner's name and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Bissell-Hayes Realtors, their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the sweepstakes or any prize won. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations apply.

4. Bissell-Hayes Realtors reserves the right to interpret and modify these rules, discontinue the sweepstakes, and also the right to disqualify any individual from the sweepstakes, drawing and any other prizes, for any reason whatsoever. Bissell-Hayes Realtors also reserves the right to use its database as the sole source of records, especially in case of any disputes. Bissell-Hayes Realtors reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of website; to be acting in violation of the Rules for Drawing; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

5. No responsibility is assumed by Bissell-Hayes Realtors for lost, late, misdirected entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. All entries become the property of Bissell-Hayes Realtors and will not be returned to entrant.

Bissell-Hayes Realtors is not responsible for any incorrect and/or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users and/or by any of the equipment and/or programming associated with and/or utilized in the sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Bissell-Hayes Realtors entry form. Bissell-Hayes Realtors assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft and/or destruction and/or unauthorized access to, and/or alteration of, entries. Bissell-Hayes Realtors is not responsible for any problems and/or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email and/or players on account of technical problems and/or traffic congestion on the Internet and/or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to and/or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, and/or any other causes beyond Bissell-Hayes Realtors control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity and/or proper conduct of this sweepstakes.

7. Current employees of Bissell-Hayes Realtors and their immediate family members are not eligible from any prize (immediate family consists of husband, wife, mother father, sister, brother or children).
