This gorgeous country home, set amidst Umbria's green hills and mountains, dates back to the XVIIth century. It lies among 13 acres of fruit trees and woods, about 2200 feet above sea level, 15 miles east of Spoleto, at the border of the beautiful National Park of the Sibillini Mountains, and only 96 miles north-east of Rome. We are close to Norcia, Cascia, Castelluccio, Vallo di Nera, Preci. You can fish or raft on the river Nera, or walk and bike on the path along the river. Horse and donkey back riding are available.

The country house is under complete renovation, and will be completed by summer 2004. The guest house will feature 1 master bedroom, living room with sleeping sofa, kitchen, bathroom. Our guests are welcome to use the pool, sauna and our "shelter", at the very top of the property.

Join us for a "merenda", Italian style mid-afternoon snack: sheep and goat cheeses, prosciutto, and different types of sausages, home made bread. All products are strictly local.
