Thank you for your suggestion. Your advice to sail rather than drive from Malaysia to Thailand was brilliant. We had an absolutely fantastic time and you were right, the coastline is spectacular and it was wonderful being able to take it in at leisure without having to plan every move. Not only that, the hotels you suggested we stayed at during the trip (as we didn't want to sleep on the yacht, though we could have), were perfect to say the least. The boat was always anchored not far away and commuting between the boat and our respective hotels was, as you said it would be...a breeze. Your sales and customer service team deserve to be congratulated on this ingenious suggestion...we have booked again for next year.

You were right...

You were right...Patong was GREAT!!! Not only were you spot on as far as the best place to see 2003 in, you were right about needing a few days to recover too. Did we have fun or what? The fireworks displays were brilliant, the people of Patong were certainly worth partying with and in one night, we met and made so many friends that we've decided to do it all again this year. Thank you for the very best New Year party venue ever!

I wish to thank you for the excellent service I received from your "Live Agent operator."  She helped me sort out my confirmation email problem.  As a result, I did not have to cancel my reservation.  Now that I have my confirmation voucher, I can fly to Phnom Penh without any worries.  I look forward to staying in the hotel you booked for me there.  Also, I look forward to using your company on future trips within Asia.  Again, thank you very much.

Great service, great links and great on-line magazine...the Hotel Travel Network improves every time I use it and it's always been good. Congratulations on being such an informative, up to the minute site. I continue to be pleasantly surprised. You are the greatest!!! Thanks for your wonderful, honest service. It is so nice these days, coming across a company that one has pleasure in dealing with, even when problems occur. We booked the hotel through you, only to be told on arrival, that said hotel didn't have us registered...we called you and within 5 min everything was sorted out, even though it was 2 a.m. in the morning...for an internet company this is remarkable (from our experience) and not only that, we forgot to inform you it was our anniversary when booking, but told you when we phoned and you got the hotel to give us a bottle of wine for the occasion (which was a very nice gesture). Yes, we will use you next time we book accommodation in Asia...Thanks again, your service is superb.

Thank you, thank you, thank you...what more can we say? The Hotel Travel Network needs to be congratulated on its excellent service and brilliant travel advice? We wrote to you in regards to several concerns we had relating to our 3 month trip through Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand and the advice you gave us proved invaluable. If it wasn't for HTN our holiday would never have been so great. Thank you once again.

You have done it yet again! You have improved your site once more and now cover even more countries in Asia/Pacific area including India and Laos.. Brilliant work everyone at HTN! Thank you for making my hotel accommodation searching in that part of the world (and others) so simple and CHEAP! I travel to the East at least 4 times a year, so appreciate your efforts very much. When will the Australian guides be published though as I will be travelling there soon too, as a first-timer, so can hardly wait.?
