In
recent months, The Golf Passbook has been featured in a number of
publications and on the Internet. Not only have reporters written articles
on the benefits of The New Golf Passbook, but they also told their readers
about the work we’re doing with The American Lung Association and The
Desert Junior Golf Association. We think this is terrific. We like to be
known as "The Best Golf Value Anywhere”, but we also appreciate
the recognition for our commitment to being a responsible corporate
citizen. Read

New Partnership:
American Lung Association & The Golf Passbook
The Golf Passbook, one of the finest golf membership programs in
the Western United States and American Lung Association Affiliates in the
Western United States have joined forces to create a powerful golf
membership program. The objective is to raise funds, fight lung disease
and promote the name and mission of the American Lung Association.
In
its 12th year of publication, The Golf Passbook will take full
responsibility for the American Lung Association Affiliates Golf Privilege
Club in 8 states (Arizona, California, Colorado, Montana, New Mexico,
Oregon, Washington and Wyoming ) which involves coordination of golf
membership programs and the management of American Lung Association
Affiliates golf tournaments throughout the year. "The Golf Passbook
has expanded membership services to include reduced rates for golf travel
tours, stay and play programs, and professional golf tournaments,"
said Wayne Morrison, president of The Golf Passbook. "These
additional features should really please golfers who participated in last
years American Lung Association Affiliates Golf Privilege Club and may
encourage more to join the program this year."
A
portion of the proceeds from the sale of The Golf Passbook and funds
raised at designated golf tournaments will go to support the vital
programs of the American Lung Association Affiliates.
“We
are excited about the potential of this partnership," said Pat Kudell,
Executive Director of the American Lung Association of the Inland
Counties, California and past coordinator of the Western Partner’s of
the American Lung Association Golf Privilege Club Program. "We expect
the partnership to provide important benefits to golfers of all kinds and
to become a significant contributor to the American Lung Association
Affiliates."
The
Golf Passbook offers significant savings in green fees and cart rentals at
over 450 courses throughout the western United States, Hawaii and Canada,
most for year round play. In addition, a Golf Passbook membership features

finest resorts in the West and savings on admission to Professional Golf
Tournaments. Generally, the savings received in one round of golf pays for
the membership book.

to The Golf Passbook is a section covering reduced admissions to 15 PGA,
LPGA and Senior PGA Golf Tournaments, including The Bob Hope Chrysler
Classic and The Buick Invitational. Also new is the Golf Passbook Travel
