All orders are subject to acceptance in accordance with our Rights of Refusal and Delivery terms.

We try to make sure we only show items on the site if we currently have them in stock or are expecting stock. If you place an order for an item that isn't currently available, we will contact you by phone or email within 1 working day of receiving your order. All orders are subject to availability.

Contract cancellation

Please note that your right to return Product Items does NOT apply to Product Items which fall into the following categories:
- goods made to your specification (for example gift packaging and personalised stationery);
- perishable goods (for example flowers and food);
- pierced jewellery or other items which cannot be resold on being opened or worn; and
- CD, DVD, tapes or other recording media, software or videos if their seal is broken.
Description of Product Items
Each Product Item purchased is sold subject to its Product Item Description which sets out additional Specific Conditions related to that Product Item including, without limitation, terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery dates and times, warranties, after-sales service and guarantees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Web site are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
