WASHINGTON, DC - The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Cuba Transition Project of the University of Miami's Institute for Cuban and Cuban-American Studies (ICCAS) will host a seminar on Friday, January 16th at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center. The Seminar, "Cuba Transition: Humanitarian Aid for Cuba in Transition" will gather policy-makers, public health experts and other scholars to discuss issues central to the planning of U.S. humanitarian assistance to a post-Castro Cuba.
