Manager, US Collections and Cash Applications

- Manage and direct all day-to-day activities of the US Collections and

responsible for a variety of accounting responsibilities including
month-end close, inter-company transactions and cash reconciliation

Payroll Manager
Google is looking for a seasoned, hands-on Payroll Manager
responsible for directing the activities of our payroll staff and developing
and monitoring all tasks necessary to process payroll. This position
is also responsible for managing relationships with internal and external
auditors and state and federal agencies. You will ensure that critical
deadlines are met and that payroll processes are fully efficient. You
will evaluate and make recommendations to management to enhance procedures,
controls and/or systems to ensure success and compliance with a long-term
strategic viewpoint.

Responsibilities:
- Considerable knowledge of payroll administration, including federal
and state regulations, in a multi-state environment.
- Develop strong internal controls over the flow of information from
Human Resources, any other source providers and all internal systems.
- Partner with various departments as well as auditors to implement
all necessary controls, processes and procedures. Participate fully
in any Sarbanes-Oxley related compliance project.
- Organize and assign work amongst staff ensuring a fully efficient
payroll operation, overall professional growth and the department’s

areas as required – G/L payroll files to the G/L, tax deduction and/or
payment information to the Tax group, payroll funding requirements

- Own all month end close procedures for payroll related activities

- Ensure the timely and accurate transmission of all payroll, 401(k)
contributions, benefits and tax withholdings etc.
- Prepare adhoc reports and analyses as required by internal customers
and auditors.
- Work closely with the Corporate Controller and Human Resources to
develop a long-term vision for the department and implement systems
to scale.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent. Major in Accounting is preferred.
- CPP certification a plus.
- 10 years of payroll-related and accounting experience.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and thorough knowledge
of payroll and human resources policies and procedures.
- Proven track record of creating and implementing internal controls
and process improvements.
- Experience processing varied employee benefits.
- Excellent working knowledge of ADP payroll systems and experience
with Oracle financials (11i preferred).

Accounts Payable Accountant
Work in a team environment within the Corporate Finance
Department, reporting to the Accounts Payable and Payroll Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Review, time stamp and process daily accounts payable mail.
- Match vendor invoices to existing POs or route to appropriate manager
