CHARGE:
Provide seed money for faculty and professional
staff for various stages of research. Recommend budgetary allocations
set aside by the University specifically for internal research grants,
grants-in-aid, and summer stipends. Recommend grants to be supported.
Advises the Vice Provost for Research on matters concerning research.
