Cancellation Policy
Allstate Ticketing service fee is non-refundable. Upon final confirmation
of your ticket order, tickets are non-refundable or non-cancellable.
In the event the show is cancelled by the venue or performer, the
ticket price will be refunded.
Ticket Pick Up
All reservations must be picked up no later than 1:00 PM the day
of the show. In the event you miss this pick up time, your tickets
will be cancelled and nonrefundable. The person ordering the tickets
must be the person picking up the tickets. In the event this is
a gift for some one, please call 1-800-634-6787. When picking up
your tickets you must have the original credit card used to purchase
along with your picture Identification. All tickets must be picked
up at an ALLSTATE TICKETING LOCATION.
Hotel Courier Service
Showtickets.com requires a signature on all deliveries, therefore
all hotel deliveries are made using a courier service. This service
is only available for certain properties. The courier must deliver
the tickets to the hotel listed on your order. The courier will
contact you from the front desk of the hotel, and you MUST be available
in your hotel room during the specified time slot. You will need
to present the credit card used when ordering at the time of delivery
along with a picture identification.
Disclaimer: Before adding this service please note
that policies set forth by our courier service prohibits Showtickets.com
from issuing refunds after acknowledgment of this service. Delivery
charges are non-refundable. It is very important that any agreements
made between you (the cardholder) and the courier are carried out.
