Marco Island is located on the Southwest Gulf Coast of Florida, just across the S.S. Jolley Bridge, about 300 yards from the mainland. Marco Island is a peaceful semi-tropical resort with gorgeous sunrises and magnificent sunsets. Vacation in one of our two well equipped and well cared for beachfront luxury condos in the South Seas Club, a 55-acre gated community, located on Marco Island's beautiful 3.5 mile white sand crescent beach. Welcome to our website!!! We hope that you enjoy reading about Marco Island. We have been going to Marco since 1991. We fell in love with it while visiting friends who owned a condo in the South Seas Club. After that visit we came back three months later and bought our first condo. Still in love with the island, we bought a second condo several years later. We live in New Hampshire but are originally from the Boston area. We have two children and two beautiful granddaughters. We don’t get to Marco nearly as often as we would like to, but hope that in the future we will be able to spend more time there. We enjoy walking the beach, shelling, watching the birds and other sea life, and have had the incredible experience of having a dolphin join us for a swim. We try very hard to make our condos
comfortable for our guests and provide many extras. If you decide that Marco
Island is a place that you would like to visit, we hope that you will consider
