Family Accounts Yahoo! Family Accounts allows a parent or legal guardian to give consent before their child creates an account with Yahoo!. A child is someone who indicates to us that they are under the age of 13. Information Collection and Use Practices Before a parent can give consent for their child to register with Yahoo! through a Yahoo!
