(From St. Mark's Square) with the
Basilica behind you, walk under the arcades on the left (past
Florian) and take the exit from the left corner. Walk straight
down to the first bridge, the one next to the Bauer Hotel and
cross over to a wide street called the Via XXII Marzo, then take
the second turning on the right, called Calle delle Veste
(there's a carpet shop on the corner). Just one more bridge and
you are here.
By public boat line 1 or 82, get off at the Vallaresso (San Marco) stop, walk down Calle Vallaresso, then turn left at the end of the street, walk straight down to the first bridge, the one next to the Bauer Hotel and cross over to a wide street called the Via XXII Marzo, then take the second turning on the right, called Calle delle Veste (there's a carpet shop on the corner). Just one more bridge and you are here.
It may seem complicated, but it is minutes away. Should you get lost, just ask the way to "Teatro La Fenice": we are right at the corner.
