Policies

Payment options include Visa,  Master Card,  American Express, cashiers cheque, or money order.  Check in is at 2pm and check out is at 12pm.  This unit is a non-smoking  unit and unfortunately is not pet friendly.  A minimum stay of three nights is required for all Holiday rentals. All rates are slightly higher at peak season and most holidays.
A customary cleaning fee of $59 is required on stays of seven days or more . Sales tax in Palm Springs is 10%. Tennis and golf fees are not included with price of stay.

Deposits

Reservations are to be confirmed by a faxed signature within 24 hours of intial booking and held by credit card. A security deposit of $300  is due at time of booking. Deposit will be refunded in full if no damages occur during stay. Guests then have seven days to send their villa deposit of 50% of the rental fee. All cheques are to be made out to :  Vista Del Lagos Vacation Villas.

Cancellations/Refunds

Reservations cancelled prior to thirty days (30) of arrival will be refunded in full, minus a $49 processing fee. All reservations cancelled within less of the thirty day period will receive security deposit ($300) back minus $150, being retained by owner for additional advertising costs incured as a result of the cancellation. All cancellations must be made in writing or faxed to Vista Del Lagos management and acknowledged by owner.
