If you purchase any of the above materials on or after the date
you enter this Lottery and later become the winner, you will receive
a full refund. If you have purchased any of these materials prior
to entering this Lottery, you are not eligible to enter.

entry per person per year. Submitting more than one entry will result
in disqualification from the lottery. This lottery is open to
U.S. residents only, Non-U.S. residents who submit this form will not
be entered in this lottery, but will still be sent the course information.
If the winner lives outside of the 48 contiguous United States, the
shipping fees will be the responsibility of the winner. Every
entrant will be mailed a course brochure. Allied reserves the
right to post the winner's name. If
the winner does not respond within 1 month, Allied will choose a new
winner.
