payments must be in U.S. Dollars. For your comfort and convenience we offer
five methods of ordering. We’ve made it simple by allowing you to choose your
preferred ordering method.
Secure Online Order Form: On
Caddylak Maxy’s web site you can browse the galleries where paintings,
drawings, Christmas cards and art products can be viewed by subject. Using
caddylakgraffix.com’s secure online ordering facility you can order from this
site with confidence. This most popular ordering method uses industry standard
SSL 128-bit encryption, which simply means that your order cannot be read by
anyone as it travels over the internet and is fully secure preventing any type
of security breaches or interception. This is our recommended method of
ordering.
Fair Credit Billing Act:
It’s important for Caddylak Graffix customers to know that there are laws that
protect them when they shop with credit cards in cyberspace. This law gives our
customers the right to dispute charges on their monthly bill. In most
circumstances Caddylak Graffix customers are held liable only for the first $50
of fraudulent charges.
Traditional Mail: This method of
order-taking benefits Caddylak Graffix’s customers who are not confident about
disclosing their credit card information online and these who choose not to use
credit cards at all. Traditional mail can be used to accept practically all of
the more conventional payment methods, such as credit cards, debit cards,
checks, cashier’s check and money orders. Fill out, print our
printable order form and mail it to Caddylak Graffix with your
preferred payment method. This is our second most popular order-taking
procedure.
Fax: This is a very viable and
secure method for ordering. To use this procedure you will need to fill out our
online printable order form,
print it and fax it back to Caddylak Graffix. We have a dedicated toll-free fax
number for your ordering convenience.
Telephone Ordering: Not as
popular, secure or safe as the previous three ordering procedures but still
offered by Caddylak Graffix for those preferring this order option. Our
customer service representatives can be reached from 9 A.M. to 4 P.M. (Central
Standard Time) daily.
E-mail: Easy e-mail ordering is
available to Caddylak Graffix customers who prefer this popular ordering
option. Download a completed printable
order form to your computer and e-mail it as a file attachment to
orders@caddylakgraffix.com.
For convenient online payments, we accept Visa,
MasterCard, American Express and Discover through the secure payment service of
CSI.
For e-mail, fax or
telephone payments, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and
Discover.
For traditional mail orders we accept payment by the
credit cards listed above, check or money order. When using a personal check or
money order, please make payable to Caddylak Graffix. Checks are held until
they clear before the order is shipped. In case of a returned (NSF) check,
there is a $25 service charge, as permitted by Texas law.
At Caddylak Graffix we are committed to offering you the finest greeting cards,
artwork and products available. We closely monitor the production, printing and
shipping of every art item we sell. If you are not totally satisfied with your
purchase, you may return it within 15 days from the date of shipment for an
exchange or a full refund... less shipping and handling. Specific details are
set forth in the Return Policy below.
To return goods, save items and packaging and include a copy of your invoice
with your return along with a brief explanation of the reason you are
dissatisfied. Caddylak Graffix will not accept returns on items that have been
personalized, customized, laundered, worn or items damaged as a result of
misuse, neglect or improper environmental conditions. Upon receipt and
inspection, we will promptly replace it with a new selection of your choice or
refund you the cost of the item less shipping and handling.
As a benefit for shopping Caddylak Graffix and for your convenience and ease
you are not charged shipping and handling charges. It’s free
and on us folks!
All Texas residents are required to pay a sales tax but because you shopped
with us we are paying the sales tax for you. It’s Just another
Caddylak Graffix customer benefit... it’s free
you lucky Texans.
We are not responsible for any duties or value added taxes that may be assessed
by any Customs Office.
Our 800 numbers are conveniently designated for ordering or inquiring about an
order. Please use our local lines, fax lines or e-mail for matters unrelated to
ordering merchandise or catalogs. This will improve customer service and
minimize busy signals.
We need your e-mail to send you your order confirmation, shipping confirmation
and a brief thank you for shopping with Caddylak Graffix. We promise that
Caddylak Maxy will never trade, give or sell any of your information to any
company or individual.
