Owners Grace and Angelo Locilento fulfilled a life long dream to produce quality wines. The winery located in Woodbridge uses grapes harvested from the Niagara to produce their VQA wines. Along with Winemaker They are noted for their VQA Marechal Foch, Cilento's Cabernet, Riesling and Riesling Icewines.
They boast one of the largest cellars for barrel aging in Ontario. The walls are painted with life-sized murals of old traditional European winemaking activities. A new winery located in Toronto. The custom designed two-storey 36,000 square foot facility houses Cilento's winemaking and bottling process, in addition to a retail shop and the winery's administration offices

Erie Shore Vineyard and Winery was established by Harvey & Alma Hollingshead. Located south of Harrow making it Canada's most southern winery. The first vines were planted in 1997, and over 15 acres of European varieties are now established. Harvey & Alma opened a wine juice business in 2001, offering juice to area home winemaker's. In December 2002 they opened their winery offering 7 inaugural vintages.

A small but hospitable 17 acre winery located in the southernmost part of Ontario. Lyse and Pieree LeBlanc vineyard yield varietals like Vidal, Riesling, Point Noir Blanc, and Seyval. Their thumb print and reputation for fine southern hospitality is on each and every one of their hand filled bottles.

This family run operation is the smallest and youngest of the four local wineries but its charm, picturesque setting and most importantly, its award winning wines continue to attract wine lovers and tourists alike. Owners Gabe and Roseanna Magnotta started their winery in 1989 selling directly to consumers. Their wines have won over 700 medals, including the Black Diamond Trophy They are just one of many Canadian wineries that made the world stand up and take notice. Robert Henn is the winemaker. The Magnottas believe in good wine good food, good companionship and laughter.
They have had a remarkable growth currently operating wineries at, Vaughan,Missassauga,Kitchener,Scarborough, and Beamsville. Theses are all franchises.

The winery is know for its Vidal Icewine but it promises to release a VIN DE GLACE Eau de Vie which they call the most expensive ever produced without aging.

Magnotta Winery Corporation owns approximately 180 acres of vineyards in the Niagara Peninsula, as well as 351 acres in the Maipo Valley in Chile.

Rob Quai and his wife Lisa operate this 20 acre winery in Elgin county 5km from Lake Erie. The location doesn't quite fit into the other wine regions. However in mid 1970's Redi Quai planted a vineyard. Quai du Vin produces over 90,000 bottles per year and has celebrated its "Millionth Bottle" in July, 2002.
Their philosophy is to produce good quality wines at reasonable prices using simple winemaking techniques.
They work hard doing it themselves. They also produce wine jellies.

Passionate about good food and fine wine, Bill and Marilyn Redelmeier decided a winery would be a perfect addition to their successful market garden and farm. So they converted their 100 year old barn into a winery.
Together with winemaker Derek Barnett they developed wines to complete with the worlds best. Located in Maples north of Toronto, Southbrook began producing wine in 1992. Their Framboise wines have captured the world and can be found at Harrods in England

Southbrook Chardonnay 1994 was served when Canada's Prime Minister hosted Her Majesty The Queen and His Royal Highness the Duke of Edinburgh, June 28 1997.
