The Barrel Room Bistro has just recently been chosen as the BEST CASUAL DINING RESTAURANT in the South Okanagan! Not bad considering we have only been open three months. This fall Hillside will be hosting two wine dinners during the Fall Festival. These dinners will give our guests a chance to experience rare Hillside wines in our rustic and relaxed environment. Also during the Fall Festival our winemaker, Eric von Krosigk, will be facilitating wine and food pairings that promise to be casual and informative.

One of the new features at Mission Hill is the 12 story bell tower. The bells were cast in the Old World tradition by the Paccard Bell Foundry of Annecy, France. With yokes attached, the Bells range in size from more than seven feet tall and 1,600 pounds to just under two feet tall. Each bell is dedicated to a member of the von Mandl family - Anthony, his mother, sister and late father |
