Inside the bungalow . . .

• Bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, and towels are provided.
  
  
• Additional sleeping arrangements may be provided upon request.
  
  
• The guest house also includes two full-sized bathrooms, each with a shower/tub combination.
  
  
• Laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are provided for your convenience.

Price Schedule

• $300 per night for up to 6 adults
  
  
• $400 per night for 7 - 9 adults
  
  
• 10% discount for 7 days or more
  
  
• Up to $25 per additional child (mattress and linens provided)
  
  
• 1/2 total due is required for a reservation deposit
  
  
• $300 refundable security deposit also required
  
  
• You must cancel 30 days in advance to receive your reservation deposit back.
  
  
• All rental fees are subject to sales tax.
  
  
• Payment can be made by cash, check or money order.
  
  
• Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. No smoking and no pets allowed.
