your personal information for the purposes of enhancing your Golf Passbook experience. We WILL NOT SELL, TRADE, OR RENT your personal information to
third parties. Registering with us allows you to take advantage of all our
unique services as a Golf Passbook member, including: receiving up-to-date
information on golf specials, other promotions, and customized regional
golf information.
Security
Golf Passbook Online has
security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of
the information under our control. Our online transaction systems are
built on state-of-the-art servers to ensure secure Internet transactions.
Always make sure your browser in a Secure Mode when placing an order. You
will not be able to use Secure Mode if you have an older version of
an Internet browser that does not
support secure transactions, or if your computer is located on a local are
network (LAN) that uses a firewall that prohibits secure transactions. In
the latter case, have your network system administrator configure Port 443
for secure transactions. If Secure Mode is not possible, use our Standard
Mode or select one of our off-line order options (phone, fax, or check) to
place your order.

Cookies
Golf Passbook does place a
feature on your Web browser called a "cookie". A
"cookie" does not contain any personally identifying information
but does allow us to assign each member a unique number. This unique
number allows us to enhance the user experience by tracking the items in
your shopping cart and by saving your past preference information for the
next time you visit the Golf Passbook Online site. Cookies do not allow
Golf Passbook to collect any additional information other than the
information that was provided by you (our member) at the time of
registration. Most Web browsers
automatically accept cookies, but usually, you can change the
configuration of your browser to
prevent this from occurring. Even without a cookie, you can still take
advantage of most of the features of the Golf Passbook Online site,
including placing items in a shopping cart and making a purchase. If you

Registration
Golf Passbook Online's
registration form requires users to give us contact information (like your
name and email address). The customer contact information from the
membership form may occasionally be used to send you information about our
company, including E-newsletters, which notifies you of upcoming sales and
promotions. In addition, customer contact information is used to contact
you when necessary concerning the status of orders, to answer any feedback
responses, etc. If you would like to be added to or removed from the
E-newsletter email lists, you can:

Order Information
Golf Passbook uses an order form
for customers when they request information, products, and services. When
you place an order, we collect contact information (like your shipping and
email address) and financial information (like your account or credit card
numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders
and information about our company to our customers, and to get in touch
with the customer when necessary. Financial information that is collected
is used to bill the user for products and services. Customers also have
the option of ordering products over the telephone or fax, and may elect
to pay by check. In addition, when you are a member of Golf
Passbook, we
can store your credit card information on file on our secure servers for
you to use on future orders. If you choose this option, the next time you
are ready to place an order, you will have the payment option to "Use
Your Credit Card Already on File". Our system will show you the name
you selected for your card (for example, My Gold Visa), its last four
digits, and expiration date to confirm it is the card you want to use
again. (All other credit card information is masked, so even you will not
see your card number again.) When you choose this payment option, your
credit card information NEVER goes over the Internet, so it is an

Use of
Information
Golf Passbook will not collect
any personally identifying information except when specifically and
knowingly provided by visitors to our site. Such information includes
name, address, email address, and phone number. we do not sell or share
any information about our users on the individual customer level. At
times, we may share aggregate, or summary, statistics about our customers,
sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable
third-party vendors. However, this information will never include any

Surveys
Our optional online survey asks
visitors for demographic information (like your gender, age, or income
level). We use this data to tailor your experience at Golf Passbook
Online, displaying content to you according to your preferences.
