1. Ticketing / travel period: Tickets must be issued by April 27, 2004. Travel must commence on or after March 1, 2004 and all travel must be completed by April 29, 2004.
2. Reservations may be made online through nwa.com or by calling 1-800-44-PERKS
3. All banked miles redeemed for this offer must be deducted from a single WorldPerks account.
4. Cabin Class: The sale offer is valid for coach class travel only.
5. Award travel is limited and subject to availability.
6. Sale Availability: Sale pricing is available for travel on Monday – Thursday only. Sale pricing is not available for travel on Friday – Sunday.
7. Combination fares are allowed.
8. Taxes and fees are the responsibility of the member. Fares shown do not include Passenger Facility Charges of up to $18 roundtrip, September 11th Security Fees of up to $10 roundtrip and U.S. segment taxes of up to $3.10 per flown segment. A segment is defined as one takeoff and landing.
9. Routing: Travel must originate in US48, Alaska or Canada.
10. Changes/Refunds: Customers who have tickets previously issued for travel during the same period may redeposit their original tickets and receive the sale price for a $50 administrative service fee. However, any changes must meet the conditions of this promotion.
