sent by e-mail directly to the reception of "Hotel
City".
You don't need to pay in advance, credit card number is
only to guarantee your reservation!
Payment will be personally done by you when you arrive here
in Florence.
CANCELLATION
POLICIES AND DISCLAIMERS
It'll
be possible to cancel your reservation (by writing) till
3 days before your arrival (date of arrival excluded:
for example, a reservation for the day 13rd must be cancelled
before the day 10th), after that in case of late cancellation
following penalty will be applied:
