Dear Valued Subscriber,
We recently made improvements to the on-line Account Manager at https://www.mercury.net/accountmanager
that we would like to share with you.
The first thing you'll notice are the new, bold colors. All of our web
sites are being updated with this new color scheme and design. It's a
remarkable improvement over previous site designs that eases navigation
and readability.
Second, we've put configuration and usage data for all of your services
into one place: the Services tab. When you click on Services, you will
be presented with a list of e-mail addresses, dial-up accounts, web sites,
and other services we are providing you with. Select the service you are
interested in, and you will be given the option to configure that service
and view its usage.
For added security, your Account Manager password can now be different
from your dial-up account password. Your Account Manager password is set
under the Customer tab by choosing Password from the left menu. Your dial-up
password is set under the Services tab by choosing the dial-up account
you want to configure.
By popular request, we have added the option to make one-time credit
card payments on-line. Simply go to the Payments tab and click Make Payment.
Then enter your credit card information and choose the amount you want
to pay. You may be prompted to enter your credit card statement address
if we do not have it on file.
Last, we've made many enhancements to the Tickets tab of the Account
Manager. All of our orders, repairs, and support requests are managed
by our ticketing system, and the Tickets tab gives you direct access to
this system. Here you can obtain assistance from technical support, request
changes from customer service, view order status, and more.

gives you total control over your Mercury Network services. Please send
