Chance For Family Skiing
June Mountain closes the same week fishing season opens.
April 24. The snow is still fabulous, hardly any crowds and
best of all no lift lines. June is known for its family terrain
and terrain parks for the boarders in the family. If your
family skis and boards, this is the place to come. Bring a
friend, it is so fun, you will want to share the joy with
someone!
The big fishing season opener is April 24,
2004. June Lake Loop is known for its 4 big lakes, and all
the streams that are stocked full of fish. June Lake and Grant
Lake are the biggest. Silver and Gull Lake are smaller but
still mighty full of those rainbow and brown trout. We will
have the fish stocking schedule so you can see where the lakes
with the most fish can be had. We get that little list from
a secret source... who also tells us where the best fishing
streams are... so stay tuned.
