 Teen Adventure went to the Outdoor Retailer Summer Market to uncover the new rave in sporting goods in 2001. This is a huge gathering
of top outdoor recreation manufacturers, held in Salt Lake City.
There was a lot of cool stuff being introduced. Some items are
on store shelves now, but most will appear in late winter for
spring and summer activities. We found so many great things, it's
tough deciding what to try next.
Some of the new items are based on new technology; others are
clever improvements of existing products, characterized by Mike
Moores (Sierra Designs) as the, "Da, why didn't we think
of this before?" improvements.
