The South Island of New Zealand is truly remarkable and varied,
from the plains of Canterbury and native forests of the West Coast

Also in the South Island is the tourist capital of New Zealand
- Queenstown. Where the beautiful shores of Lake Wakatipu lie
at the feet of the Remarkable Mountains in the Southern Lakes
District - a must visit place.
