We are set in Coatsville with a birds eye view of rural farmland, rivers, oceans and Auckland City. We often hear, "this is fabulous - what a prime spot you have", and we agree.
Although we are only 20 minutes from Auckland City and 6 minutes from Albany township - we have all the pluses of a Farm life, with the peace and tranquillity that go with it.
We can offer you all the rural experiences - Horse riding, Farm biking, Farm animals, Farm activities; or adventure experiences - 4 wheel driving, Mountain biking, Canoeing (in the river at the bottom of our farm), walking through Native bush, Golfing, Surfing, Parachuting and Hot air ballooning.
We are only 10 mins from the West Coast beaches with all beach activities also on offer.

The area we live in is world-famous for its Wine and Dining experiences and the choice is yours.
Ivan will gracefully ask - what sort of holiday do his guests require? He will then do his best to produce it for them.

Food is an important part of our Homestay/Farmstay experience - There is plenty of fresh New Zealand produce at all times.
Transfers available to and from destinations and children are very welcome. Disabled facilities are also available.
