Warranty

If a EuroDezigns Inc. product is defective, it must be mailed to us with a money order in the amount of $6.95 made payable to EuroDezigns for return shipping/handling.  We do not accept personal checks.  Removal, installation, or reinstallation costs are not covered by this Warranty.  When sending your bulbs back to us.  Please put the bulbs in a regular envelope with 2 stamps on it, and include a money order for 6.95.  You do not need to worry if the bulbs are protected or if they break.  In return you will receive a brand new set of bulbs in a sealed case.

The charge is not just for shipping, it is for the SHIPPING and HANDLING charges . The 6.95 SHIPPING and HANDLING has to cover the cost of the following;
1. Postage.
2. Bubbled envelope
3. The cost of having our staff respond to your emails promptly
4. The cost of having our staff process the payments.
5. The cost of having our staff process and package your order.
6. The cost of having our staff drive to the post office, stand in line, ship packages and the drive time back to the office, and paying .37 per mile traveled for gas and vehicle wear.   There really is a lot more to getting your product to you quickly and in great condition.  We take great pride in our product, and hope you enjoy using them. 

Please send money order made payable to: EuroDezigns, Inc. for $6.95.  Also include your full name, address, phone, and E-mail.
