The following policies are listed for reference and pertain to the sale of Plans provided in the "Buy the Way"
section of Synthx.com. Please Contact Us with any questions regarding these policies. |
| How to Order: | Order Plans Online: Follow the links and "Buy Now" buttons to the items you want, then use a major
credit card to place your order. Plans will be sent via e-mail (usually within 3 business days).
No shipping or handling charges on internet orders. All Credit Card transactions are processed through
2CheckOut.com.
Order Plans by Mail: Plans may also be purchased by mail (postal service) using the Mail Order Form. (Money Orders & Cashier Checks.) For complete Printed plans expect 2 - 3 weeks delivery. Charges for Shipping, Handling and/or Printing apply. |
| Use Agreement: | The product design plans offered for sale through Synthx.com are for individual use only. Any use of these plans for resale or for producing products for sale is strictly prohibited. Licensing for production and/or resale is available on request. Intellectual property rights for all materials are reserved. We thank you for honoring these terms. |
| Plans Format: | Electronic versions of the plans are provided in either Adobe PDF 5.0 or Microsoft Word-97 format for easy accessibility.
A .ZIP file format may be used for compression to ease downloading. If your computer doesn't already have one,
a free PDF reader is available at www.Adobe.com
and a free ZIP utility at www.WinZip.com.
Most plans are formatted to print on 8.5"x11" paper. Some plans also include optional files formatted to print on 11"x17" paper. For special cases where full-size templates are required, files of multiple types (like PostScript & DXF) are also included. These special files can be sent directly to a large format printer or taken to a print shop for printing. |
| Product Performance: | All product designs presented here are demonstrated to perform as stated. We strongly recommend that all directions are followed carefully. However, construction methods, materials, assembly techniques and/or skill of the craftsmen may adversely affect the desired outcome. Because of this we cannot warrant products or guarantee the performance of items made from the plans. |
| Payment options: | - For orders processed through this web site, we accept most major credit cards - just follow the "Buy Now" links.
- To order plans by mail (postal service), please print our mail order form, fill it out, and send it with a cashiers check or money order. - Orders may also be placed by E-mail, but payment is limited to C.O.D. transactions. |
| Shipping: | Items ordered over the web will be sent via e-mail to the e-mail address given during checkout. Orders are typically sent within 3 business days. For special cases we can ship paper copies of the plans anywhere in the continental United States usually within a week of receipt of the order. Longer times will be required for check clearing of mailed orders. Please use our mail-in order form to process mail orders. |
| Return Policy: | All sales for shipped items are final. You may request a refund for items not yet shipped by sending an e-mail message to "support" at Synthx.com. Please indicate the reason for the return. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
