WebTrends is an internet tool used by RMG3 to record and track user data. WebTrends is an Industry Standard measurement software. Here at RMG3 we don’t believe it’s good enough to just have an innovative web site, sales and leverage are also main goals that need to be monitored. This tool helps us do this by tracking user data. WebTrends provides the most basic monitoring services such as Number of Viewers and Number of Page Views and then goes in depth to provide advanced statistics such as Time Spent on Site, New Visitors, and Average Views per day part. Weekly and Monthly WebTrends logs are run and accessible to clients via a web-based interface. Additionally, results are constantly shared with the client, compared to historical data, and analyzed for behavioral patternsas we endlessly strive to maximize our clients’ web site traffic and optimize their web site usage patterns.
