1. ADDITIONAL MAINLINES:
There is a charge for a second mainline used on
your order.
2. ARTWORK (Customer or Stock Art): There is a
paste-up charge for each cut per item. Two-color cuts will be charged
as two cuts. |
3. BACK PRINTING: Printing on the back side of
a business card. Charged per thousand. |
4. BLEEDS: When the printed image extends off the
edge of the paper. Charged per side per thousand. |
5. BOTTOM COPY ON LETTERHEAD:
Any copy or artwork printed below
the horizontal center line is considered
bottom copy.

6. REGISTRATION: When two colors are touching or
within 1/16" or do not allow for any movement
between them. |
7. COLOURED INK: For most items, the standard ink
price is included in the base price. When only the price for black
ink is listed, an extra charge is added to change to one of our other
standard inks. |
8. CURVED LETTERING: To curve straight lettering
in a logo or to create a logo requires extra paste-up time. |
9. ENLARGEMENT AND REDUCTION: Logos and customer
art are enlarged or reduced to fit at an additional charge. Please
indicate size of art desired or we will size for best overall appearance
on your order. |
10. EXTRA RUN: Whenever your printed item requires more
than one press run; for example, flat printing in addition to thermography.
11. FOIL STAMPING: The charge for foil stamping
is made up of three separate charges. There is a charge for foil,
a charge for the foil stamping extra run and a charge for the stamping
die. Charges for stamping dies vary according to the size of the die
and the amount of detail in your design. The foil colors available
are Gold, Silver, Blue, White, Red, Black, Green, Copper, Rainbow
and Silver Hologram. |

12. HALFTONE (Pictures): Our standard is to print
halftones flat in black ink during an extra run. Supply black-and-white
photo for best quality Aside from the extra-nm charge resulting from
flat printing, there will also be a flat charge per picture. |
13. OVERSIZED AND UNDERSIZED ITEMS: Business card
standard size is 3 1/2” x 2”. Any other size is subject to an additional
charge |
14. PROOF: A sample set up of
your order done in black and white only Extra charge is per piece. |
15. SCORING:
An extra run to have an indentation
made in the paper to make folding easier. For example: fold-over cards.

16. SPECIAL INK: If a co lour other than our standard
colors (Black, Blue, Pro Blue, Red, Burgundy, Brown, Green and Gray)
is desired, we can match that ink for an additional charge. |
17. SPECIAL TYPESETTlNG: Difficult composition
or complicated type set-ups will be done on a time and material basis. |
18. EMBOSSING:
A metal die is used to form the raised image on the sheet.
Charges for dies vary according to the size and amount of detail in your
design.
19. TWO-COLOUR LOGOS: There will be an additional
charge for two-color logos if black-and-white, color-separated, registered
art is not provided. |
20. CUTTING CHARGES: If customer-supplied stock
is not pre-cut to size, there is an additional charge for cutting
to size. |
21. FLAT PRINTING: There is no additional charge
for fiat printing on letterhead, envelopes and announcements. For
flat-printed business cards, there will be an additional charge. |
22. SCREENS: There is no additional charge for
raised-printed screens. |
