If you are going to put the time and effort into working out, you might
as well get the most out of it. Right? Here are a few tips to that end.
Warm It Up: Even with time
constraints, make sure you warm up for five minutes before working
out. The warm up pumps oxygen to your muscles for a more effective
workout with less risk of injury.
Be A Light Weight: Choose light
weights and more reps (30 to 40) before adding weight and doing a few
more.
Watch Your Form: You will get
better results with better form so spend the time doing the moves
correctly.
Do a Little More, Then a Little
More: If strength training, aim to increase your weight every other
week. If walking or jogging, add distance or time every other week.
Whatever your workout, aim to add a little more and then a little
more.
