Shipping Policy
SoccerEmpire.com offers Standard (Fedex Ground) and Express (Fedex 2nd Day Air) shipping to the Continental U.S. on all soccer equipment. If you need a package delivered overnight, delivered to Alaska or Hawaii or to an international location, please contact us.
Most orders are processed within 1 business day and are shipped via Fedex Monday-Friday. You will receive an email with a Fedex tracking code as soon as your order is shipped.
Please note: there is no pick-up or delivery on weekends or holidays.
Domestic customers will receive Fedex Ground orders within 3 - 7 business days depending on geographic location.
Please keep in mind that return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is necessary due to an error on our part.
All shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Sales Tax
Our store only collects sales tax for orders shipped to NY state. Any orders shipped to any location other than NY state are not subject to sales tax.
Inspecting Your Order
We take every effort to ensure that your order is picked and processed correctly. We also use extra packaging to ensure that it arrives to you safely.
Please inspect your order carefully at the time of receipt, you should confirm the accuracy of the order and verify that all products have arrived in satisfactory condition.
If a product appears to be damaged, please refuse delivery of this item and notify our customer service department immediately. If you are unable to refuse the delivery, or notice the damage after the delivery company has left, please call our customer service department immediately. Any claims for damages and/or errors must be made within 48 hours of receipt. Any damaged product will be replaced and any errors will be corrected immediately. Damaged material must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
SoccerEmpire.com cannot accept responsibility for any damages that are reported more than 48 hours after receipt of material. At that point, you would need to make a damaged freight claim directly with the carrier that made the delivery.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped. Typically, most orders are shipped the same day they are received. Our customer service desk can inform your of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an item is shipped the terms of our Returns policy will take effect.
In some cases a custom, special order item may be non-returnable and/or non-cancelable.
Return Policy
Any item (non-special order) can be exchanged for a replacement product within 15 days of receipt.
Items can be returned for merchandise credit within 30 days of receipt and will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Shipping charges are not refundable. No products will be accepted for return more than 30 days after date of purchase. Special order items cannot be returned once they have shipped.
Items that have been worn or used can not be returned for any reason other than a manufacturer defect.
