Sir Frank Williams has edged closer to admitting that Jacques Villeneuve is lining-up to test a BMW-Williams and perhaps return to Formula One in 2005. Team partner Patrick Head has owned up to &#039a discussion' with the former champ. But McLaren principal Ron Dennis might have let the cat out of the bag at the Nurburgring when he admitted to reporters that Jacques is now ready to test. While denying that Mika Hakkinen was coming back, he said: ''I think it would be easier for Jacques. He's more of an insular character like Niki [Lauda].'' Williams, meanwhile, clearly would prefer an experienced driver in one of his F1 cars next season - particularly as he now expects to lose both current aces. ''It's preferable,'' said the Englishman.
