A Pocket of Serenity ...
This is an oasis, a pocket of serenity in a fast paced, often stressful, world. Low stone walls typical of New England frame the bucolic setting and meander around the property, punctuated by the bright pinks and reds of wild roses. The main house and converted barn are set on three acres of land, dotted with mature plantings, oceans of wild flowers and trees that date back centuries. A quiet stream sparkles at the rear of the property, over which a wooden footbridge spans, welcoming one into the spa facility.
A Haven of Nurturing & Revitalization
The Spa and Inn are the result of the owner, Judith Stanton, and her longtime vision to create a private haven that imparts the nurturing and revitalization of the body and soul. Each guest is greeted as they enter through the double French doors leading into the spa. The guests are ushered directly to the designated space where they will receive their spa service, bypassing any unnecessary check-in area.
The Retreat also offers luxurious guest accommodations. Located on the second floor, our suites are designed and furnished to create the ultimate space for each guest. In addition, The Retreat is adjacent to the medical offices and the state-of-the-art surgical facility of nationally regarded practitioners of facial plastic surgeon, body plastic and reconstructive surgery and facial reconstructive techniques. Extensive Spa Service Menu
The Spa offers an extensive menu of select services, many of which are signature treatments exclusive to the spa. These revitalizing treatments include the signature Split Rock Stone Therapy (using warm and cold basalt stones) for Face and Body, BTR Body Facial and Mermaid Wassage, a massage therapy that uses a specially designed soft massage table filled with water to induce a state of deep relaxation.
