"I found Heather's site by
accident, but I count it as a blessing at a time when nothing was
going well with my web host, BellSouth.net. My site would be down
for days or weeks at a time, and no one could explain why. I take
that back. Once a tech actually told me that "it is a free web
page, after all, so it is not one of their (BellSouth's)
priorities." Soon after that, during another time my site was
absent, I found Heather in the BellSouth "Neighborhood." I was
just trying to pull up someone else's site with BellSouth that
didn't have a problem (I wasn't the only one). Her site came up,
when none of the other BellSouth Neighbors sites would. She
responded to my e-mail within the hour, and told me why her site
come up and how much (read: how little) it would cost me to have
the same site reliability. Well, I found it hard to believe she
could deliver on that kind of promise when the big ISP's couldn't.
But I was, frankly, so frustrated with the big guys and their
hosting, I felt she could do no worse. I have been pleasantly surprised, and more than satisfied with
her
service. If I have any questions, she promptly returns my
e-mail, or
calls, and has always been able to explain what I need help
with. She has gone to extra lengths to research a couple of
things that she didn't know off hand. I didn't expect that. She
is doing such a good job, I know I could never leave her,
because she has set the bar of expectation too high for anyone
else to meet. Heather has excelled even when there were problems. The first
time (several trouble free months after signing up with her
service) I did notice my site not coming up. I e-mailed her, and
she called me back promptly and told me someone was already
working on it. It was back up within the hour. The only other
problem I can remember was an e-mail problem that was caused by
one of the recent worms spreading across the internet. I didn't
even notice anything was wrong, but she e-mailed her clients to
warn about possible problems with the email server, and sent a
link to an MSNBC article explaining how the virus worked and
that our emails (if affected) would be be working again shortly.
Since having Heather host my
site, I have had no worries. Another service Heather provides is
registration of your domain name. Since I registered my domain
name through her, I have saved time and money and much hassle. I
promise you will not regret using Heather's services. It doesn't
cost much to try her service. Heather's small business
atmosphere and personal touch is very easy to get used to."

I have known Heather, and
Heathers Web Design for about one year now. When I first met her,
it was basically for business... getting a website developed and
rolling. I was very impressed with her talents. Actually it really
floored me to see so much talent come out of one individual. I
thought at that time that she had someone, or a team of people
working for her, or with her. But, nope that wasn't and isn't the
way that it is. She is it, 'The Company'. That website

Corvette Club) needed

Heather Rocks!!! I found her
quite by accident and, intrigued with her friendly manner - as
opposed to so many uncaring, rude, and/or unresponsive web host
providers/designers with, not to mention exorbitant rates -
I read
her testimonials page. After doing so, I decided to contact her
and ask what her fees were and exactly what services she
provided. (I know, she provides this information on her site, but
doing a million or so things at once, I found it easier just to
contact her.)
I have
recently started a new business and required a web presence, and
although I'm no web designer myself, I had a pretty good idea of
the way I wanted my site to look...and I wanted
to design it myself (the creative instinct kicking in, lol). But
anyway, I wasn't quite sure what to expect, having dealt with so
many others that, with initial inquiries, left me cold. Not to
mention the fact that I have only a little experience in
designing websites; even if I did like her, I thought, she'd
soon lose her patience with me.
Well, she contacted me back
within the hour, which very pleasantly surprised me, and I asked
her my questions. She seemed to me to be very well versed in the
fine art of web design, her rates were amazing, she was
obviously very attuned to the needs of her clients, as evidenced

enough to get excited about, I found her to be extremely sweet.
I told her pretty much that I would keep her in mind for sure.
Well, I was offered a free
hosting service by another web host provider - not that I'm
special or anything, lol, but because I currently conduct
business with them (obviously not hosting) - and I had decided
to take advantage of their offer. But with the smallest
question, I was treated...well...let's just say I was not at all
satisfied. So again, I contacted Heather, told her she probably
wouldn't remember me, but...to my surprise, she said of course
she remembers me, and to my amazement,
even remembered
that my e-mails were pink!
Any questions I had were
graciously and patiently answered, and not just a brief
response, these were detailed answers to the things I needed to
know. Not once or twice, but consistently. I knew then that just
her friendly attitude alone would go a long way and was golden.
Although I have designed my own
website, I could not have done so to my current level of
personal satisfaction without her unending patience and, when I
would be stumped on a particular item, her quite generous
willingness to share with me her extensive knowledge of web
design. I swear, this
lady is Heaven sent; The fact alone that I found her, this
astounding web guru, just blows my mind. In case I've not made
it obvious, I am having my site hosted with Heather, am
extremely pleased with every aspect of the service she
provides, and have absolutely no intention of looking elsewhere.
