year we put more 300 million RMB into research and development
for the new product, new technology and new equipment. We successfully
developed a new type 6LR61 alkalien mercury free and high capacity
LR03, LR6 alkaline mercury free, Automatic Blister Packaging

 The
inspector will checkout the raw material stock, manufacturing
process, product inspectionduring the quality control process,
and all the process will be checked and supervised according
to the technological requirements; at the same time the technician
will be on the key production line to keep the manufacture successfully
and solve the problem in time |

 The
new staff will study the basic knowledge of the battery and
ISO9001 quality control system, then will be examined by our
company. Anyone who has a change in their job position, he will
be trained firstly. Basides, our company will invite some specialist
to give a lesson for technician and the staff of QC, teaching
them to usestatistics to strengthen quality control during the
production process, and hence widen their eyes. |

company pay much attention on the whole quality of the staff.
Besides trsininh the on-job staff, since ninety seven we have
more than one hundred undergraduates from different universities,
among which there are several high educated masters, doctors
as well. In addition there one Senior engineer and one oversea
