The whole manufacturing process will be controlled by technique
department, research center, QC departrment under the supervision
of vice technique manager and senior engineer. The following
are different tesring date during the recent three years: The
LR6 test condition on 10¦¸ continuance discharge ( end
of voltagc is 0.9V)has beteen improved from 15.6h in 1998 to
18.7h in 2000; LR3 test condition on continuance discharge (end
of voltage is 0.9V) has been improves from 15.6PPm in the beginning
of 1998 to 2.74PPm in 2000 ; The rate of eligibility has been
improved from 99.961% in 1998 to 99.965% in 2000.
The annual lot product rate of eligibility
is 100% which was tested by state light industrisl battery
quality tesring center. The brand name of "Pairdeer" has been
praised as one of the well known Brand Products by China Industry
Association and honored with the title "Zhejiang Famous Trade
Mark". All the prodcts are mercury free as state required
five years in advance, except R20S with low mercury. |
