CARRIAGE
Carriage is subject to applicable tariffs, conditions of carriage and related regulations which are available at the Pacific Coastal administration office. Carriage hereunder is subject to the rules and limitations relating to liability established by the Warsaw Convention.
CHECK IN
Guests should check in 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Failure to check in prior to 10 minutes before departure time, may result in the cancellation of your reservation. In Vancouver, departures and arrivals with Pacific Coastal Airlines are located at the South Terminal.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
Check in baggage allowance is 75lbs (34kg) per passenger and there will be an additional fee for any excess baggage over 75lbs. There is no baggage allowance for infants traveling for free.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Fares that require advance purchase are non-refundable. Changes to the itinerary will be subject to a change fee of $20.00 (plus GST) and any difference in fare per person. Cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee of $20.00 (plus GST) per person, with the remaining amount being held as a credit that may be used towards the purchase of any future travel. The credit will remain valid for one year from the original date of purchase. Passengers that do no show up for their flight will not receive a credit or a refund.
SHUTTLE SERVICE IN VANCOUVER BETWEEN THE SOUTH TERMINAL AND THE VANCOUVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
To International or Domestic Terminals at Vancouver International Airport: Upon arrival at the Vancouver South Terminal, a courtesy walk-on shuttle bus will greet you at the aircraft and transport you and your luggage to either the Domestic or International Terminals.
To South Terminal: if arriving into Vancouver on a Domestic flight, the Pacific Coastal Airlines shuttle bus picks up on the Domestic arrivals level, outside door F on the hour and half past the hour. If arriving into Vancouver on an International flight, the shuttle bus picks up 25 and 55 minutes past every hour outside by pillar #2 on the International arrivals level.
It is important to note clients need to be available to take a Shuttle to the South Terminal at least 1 hour prior to their flight departure time. Depending on your flight connections it may be necessary for you to hire a taxi to ensure appropriate check in time. Please make sure you have collected all of your baggage and belongings prior to boarding the shuttle to the South Terminal.
