Expanded Lounge Access

Effective June 18, 2003, we are pleased to announce that WorldClubs members will receive complimentary access to Delta Air Lines' Crown Room Clubs^® on the same day of travel when flying on Delta, Delta Connection, Delta Express, or Delta Shuttle.  Song^TM flights are excluded. Passengers traveling in international Business Class on Delta will also have access to Delta's BusinessElite^® Lounges on the same day of travel.

WorldClubs Lounges

A new design is being featured at WorldClubs in Chicago, Memphis, Minneapolis, San Francisco and Detroit. More luxurious than ever, it includes fine wood, stone and leather furnishings and fireplaces that bestow the main lounge areas with a warm, private living room feel. We've also upgraded business functionality in these WorldClubs with separate reception and check-in areas, real-time stock quotes and power/data ports at every seat in the main lounge.

Every WorldClubs location is designed to maximize your comfort and productivity while you travel. It's the ideal setting to prepare your next presentation or to simply relax and recharge.

WorldClubs provides the comfort, convenience and care you deserve all around the globe. Membership assures access to more than 100 WorldClubs and affiliated lounges worldwide. Your membership allows entry to the KLM Business Class Lounges in Amsterdam, Dubai and London, America West Clubs,Continental Airlines Presidents Clubs and Delta Air Line's Crown Room Clubs (when traveling on Delta).

Affiliated lounges include airport common-use lounges and those operated by one of our partner airlines. Services, amenities and lounge policies may vary by location.

In addition, Northwest Airlines WorldClubs members and one guest will have access to Alaska Airlines Board Room lounges upon presenting a current WorldClubs card and a ticket or boarding pass on an AS or NW designated Alaska Airlines operated flight.

2. Enclosed conference rooms may be reserved by the hour or longer for a fee. Non-enclosed conference rooms may be reserved on a complimentary basis for a maximum of two (2) hours.
3. Affiliated lounges include airport common-use lounges and those operated by one of our partner airlines. Services, amenities, and lounge policies may vary by location.

Non-traveling WorldClubs Members

Per the Transportation Security Administration, non-traveling WorldClubs Members must have a declared business reason to gain access the secured area of the airport.  A business reason is defined as a scheduled meeting at a WorldClubs location.

To schedule a meeting, please contact the domestic WorldClubs lounge you will be utilizing for your business meeting a minimum of 24-hours prior to your meeting.  When scheduling a meeting, please be prepared to provide your name, WorldClubs membership number and the time and date of your business meeting.  You are not required to reserve a private conference room in most locations.  View a list of  WorldClubs locations and phone numbers.

The list of WorldClubs members with scheduled business meetings will be provided to checkpoint security on a daily basis.  If the airport has multiple checkpoints, please proceed to the checkpoint with the `Elite Priority Line' or the closest checkpoint to the WorldClubs.  Your WorldClubs membership card and government issued photo ID will be verified against the list held by security.  Please note, WorldClubs lounges do not have the authority to add members to this list once it has been provided to security.
