To turn off your webcam, click the "Broadcast" button so that it's no longer pressed.
If you would like to stop broadcasting to everyone and only allow a friend or a few friends view your webcam, you can set your options accordingly. Click the "Options" button on the Webcam Upload screen, and select the "Friends" option.
Remember that for your webcam to display anything, you must be online and broadcasting. If you disconnect your net connection or shut off your computer, your webcam will stop broadcasting.
