 All our units are rated Qualmark 4 Star. Situated in
acres of lawns and gardens BAYVIEW Motel is located about 2
kilometers from the centre of Lake Wanaka township.
 We are situated about 400 metres from the main road.
This ensures your stay will be very restful and relaxed. Sit back
and truly enjoy our spectacular views of the mountains and Lake Wanaka. We have acres of lawns for the children and we are far
removed from the hazards of passing traffic.
 All units are very spacious with large lounges so
you have room to unwind. All lounges have SKY TV, and a video
player. Two of the 2 bedroom units have open fires for your
comfort and enjoyment during the winter months. All units have
Queen size beds and all beds are fitted with electric blankets.
Large kitchens are fully equipped with full sized stoves and
microwaves. We have a deep
freeze available for guest’s needs. Enjoy a BBQ at any time
of the year. We also want our very small guests to feel at home
so if necessary we can provide cots and high chairs.
Stay in Touch. All units have telephones with modem access. The
office has INTERNET and E-mail facilities. We have a fax
available for your unit if required, and a photocopier is
available should you feel the need.
Your laundry is equipped with the latest in washing machines and
dryers with ample room to iron clothes. Soothe away aches and
pains and ease those tight muscles 12 months of the year with our
relaxing SPA. During the winter expect a very ski friendly

the owner’s residence this three-bedroom unit will guarantee
a memorable visit. Relax in front of the log fire in the lounge,
which is equipped with SKY TV, video player and CD player. Meals
will be a breeze to prepare in the large kitchen area with full
sized fridge, oven, microwave, gas hob and dishwasher. No need to
queue. There are two separate toilets.
Enjoy your own BBQ and private back yard area. Soak in your
private spa. You will have exclusive use of your own laundry and
drying room. The lodge unit will normally sleep 6. For larger
groups a large studio is situated under the house with its own
shower and toilet facilities and kitchenette.
