Some of our dishes (not available every day): octopus salad, "sarde in saor", ink-fish, gratinated pasta, salt cod Vicenza style or purée of salt cod, angler-fish "dogaressa", quails with "polenta", rabbit baked or with thyme, baked guinea-fawl, veal stew, roast shin, veal balls with mushrooms, pork loin in milk sauce, braised beef in Barolo wine, calf's kidney sauté, home-made cakes.
