Wash your hands, thouroughly rinse them to be sure of no residue and dry them before handling your lenses.
Be sure to insert your lenses over a flat surface, or if you are over a sink - insert the plug.
Place the index finger of your dominant hand, on the centre of your bottom eye lid.
With the first two fingers of your remaining hand, take a firm hold on the upper lashes and lid margin.
Keep looking at the lens and bring it slowly toward your eye, carefully placing it onto the cornea (the center of the eye).
Look down, then gently release the lower lid and then the upper lid. Keep looking down for a 2 or 3 seconds to enable the lens to settle.

Wash and dry your hands as before.
Ensure the lens is centred over the cornea. Look upwards and pull the lower lid down using the index finger. Slide the lens onto the white of your eye.
Press the lens gently between the thumb and forefinger and remove the lens from your eye.
Repeat for your other eye.
