How long will my oder take?
If everything you request is in stock, we can ship your order in 5-7 days, upon receiving payment. A confirmation email, will be sent to you as soon as the shipment is dispatched. Should there’s be something that’s out of stock, we will notify you of the next availability and ship it to you immediately. You will receive an email with an update on the items availability.
What are your shipment cost? Can you ship Worldwide?
US$10.00 a bag no matter where you’re located and US$8/ wallets unless, you're ordering more than 2 bags or 2 wallets. An additional charge will be required for Express Mail Shippments.
We ship anywhere in the world (US, UK, Australia, France, Singapore, Italy, Denmark, Switzerland and others).
Who is your shipper?
All products will be shipped via UPS or USPS.
Shipment to alternate address can be done, once you specify by email. All bags that are purchased by credit-card will be shipped to the address of the card-holder.
Non-Credit Card payments can be shipped to an alternate address if email is provided.
What happens if my order is not received?
Please notify us via email at cbrooks@cameofashion.com and we’ll investigate what happened. We will provide you with immediate feed-back and a great solution in 2-3 business days.
What happens should my bag get lost or stolen?
In the event that your bag is lost or stoeln, a replacement solution will be sent to you. Please know, all bags are automatically insured before being shipped.
Defective Merchandise
These types of problems are not common as, we will only supply the finest in bags. If you see a mfg defect, that may be beyound our control however, we will ensure we provide a solution to you. This policy is only applicable to brand new and unused products.
Return Policy
Please know that we only deal with high quality bags, thus, you should feel assured that there should not be a need to retun the bag for reasons of a defect. If in the event the item is retuned for other than a defect, you shall be charged a $45.00 restocking fee only if the item is retuned in it's original condition.
Sales Tax
All order that are shipped in CA are charged 8.25% sales Tax. Any orders that are being imported into a country. It is typically, not common however, tax/duty is something that we cannot avoid. This means, the Customer is required to pay tax/duty for his/her shipment, should it occurs. As a tip, tax/duty most probably won’t occur if the package is small (e.g. less than 4 items). |
