Avidian Technologies has just released an updated version of Prophet that is yours for free. The best sales opportunity management plug-in for Outlook just got better with the following new features:
|

1) Full Support for Outlook 2003 - now you can run the latest version of Outlook with the latest version of Prophet.
2) Improved Access to Microsoft Outlook Exchange Public Folders - sharing data has never been easier.
3) Send HTML with the Group Personalized Email Wizard - now you can send text AND HTML as a group personalized email using Prophet.
4) Email Sales Opportunities - email opportunities from one Prophet user to another.
5) More Standard Reports and Customizable Report Fields - a "contact detail report" is now available as well as additional columns available for reports you build.
6) Better Contact Sorting and Data Capture - more options for contact sorting and over 80 new user defined fields are available.
7) Optimized email search - find the email you are looking for more quickly than ever.
8) From the Company window there is now more support for international customers. The state drop-down is now editable.
9) The Opportunity window has three new User-defined tabs with over 80+ fields that can be customized. You can use the Prophet Import/Export wizard to export these fields.
10) Added a Contact Name field to the top of the Opportunity window.
11) Faster access to creating Outlook email, appointment, and task from the Opportunity Manager. Right-click an opportunity and select the activity type.
12) In Prophet Administrator there is a new layout for data sharing that includes connecting to the Prophet Server Edition.
13) You can now backup and restore the Prophet database. Click Tools to open the Prophet Administrator and select the Prophet Data tab.
14) Usability enhancements and bug fixes - we've taken all of the comments from the user base to greatly enhance the usability of the product while fixing minor irritants.

Installation Instructions
NOTE: Do not uninstall Avidian Prophet 2004. The update requires Prophet to be already installed on your computer. This update will need to be installed on all computers running Prophet.
1. Shutdown anti-virus programs
2. Shutdown Microsoft Outlook
3. After downloading the update program from the Avidian website, click the file ProphetUpdate1.exe to run.
4. Follow the instructions
5. Once complete reboot you computer
