Assistant Webmaster
Position based in Mountain View, CA.
Given Google's Spartan design, you may wonder what
an Assistant Webmaster does here. Plenty. This position requires a
utility player who has great web production skills and a strong sense
of clean design. You'll be responsible for day-to-day maintenance
of both internal and external web content. You will also be involved
in UI and navigation development. We are looking for a combination
of strong HTML abilities, graphic design skills, technical savvy,
and proven expertise in web design with great attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain site content with daily html updates.
- Design and quickly implement clear, effective web pages.
- Create and optimize web images for download efficiency and clean
design.
- Manage several projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Respond to a variety of web-related requests from other departments.
Requirements:
